Best Couple Ever

So for the past few days I have been searching for the cutest/best couple ever. Its been hard but I have finally made a decision. They are... Alexa Chung & Alex Turner

Alexa Chung is a 26 years old English TV presenter and ex-fashion model. She has her own Television series in the United States on MTV called 'Its On With Alexa Chung'. In 2007, Alexa came to the attention of the fashion press for her distinctive, quirky style. She frequently appears on Best Dressed Lists, in fashion magazines and on the front row of fashion shows. In 2009 she came top in Vogue's Style List.  She has dismissed the notion of being an It girl, saying “there’s not much to being an It girl. It’s really quite a depressing title to hold”. The designer hand-bag company Mulberry created a new bag named after and inspired by Chung, called the 'Alexa.'

Alex Turner is a 23 years old English Musician. Alex is the lead vocals and lead guitarist of the band Arctic Monkeys. Alex is the main songwriter in the Arctic Monkeys. The Arctic Monkeys are an English indie rock band. Their debut album 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not' released in early 2006, became the fastest-selling debut album in British music history. Their most famous and popular song is 'I Bet That You Look Good On The Dancefloor' which has won many awards and Alex Turner himself composed and written the lyrics for this song.

Thing of the Week (Charlie)

Why hello readers, welcome to the second 'Thing' of the Week. Which is of course: CHARLIEISSOCOOLLIKE



Charlie McDonnel is an English video-blogger and musician from Bath. On Youtube his called charlieissocoollike. After creating a Youtube account in 2007, Charlie started posting vlogs to a small audience. He became more and more popular after his video "How to get featured on youtube" became featured on the Youtube's UK homepage. He has now 437,000 subscribers and is the most subscribed Youtuber in the UK. Charlie's videos end with an outro done by Stephen Fry himself! Bands that need to be known

Hey guys, I haven't done a blog post for a while, sorry! I'd like to think its because I've been so busy but the truth is I didn't have anything to write about. And today at home not at school (report writing day) I have realised I actually have a lot to write about. I haven't chosen The 'thing' of the Week nor Person of the Month. But stuff person of the month, I'm deciding not to have a Person of the Month. I haven't chosen my 'thing' of the Week just yet. Still thinking about it.

Tommorow I might be taking my camera with me to school and take a few photographs of student's outfits and make a blog post about it. (Just a thought). Ok so I'm blabbering on and on. Lets get to what I wanted to talk about.

Bands that need to be known. Well there are a few bands that are great musicians but aren't that popular. I don't think they mind though. However I do think you need to check out them out:

Weddings

Weddings. A wedding is a ceremony in which two people are united in marriage. Also known as where two people who love eachother throw a party-like thing and have a tonne of fun. What do you think about weddings?

I have only been to 1 wedding before when I was very young and I hardly remember anything. Except today I went to my Aunties wedding. It was a small wedding only with close friends and family but it was still fantastic. Everyone had a heap of fun. And the food... well it was delicious. Here are a few snaps of the food:

Guest Blogger

So this week I have already written 4 blog posts not including this one. I don't think I'll usually be writing this many but since its the first week I feel like I have to. My friend wanted me to write a blog post about her, how interesting... not. Especially because she doesn't allow me to use her name, so I'll just be talking about some random person. Instead I'm letting her be my guest blogger. Enjoy reading!

Hello readers, I’m a friend of Mayrum’s (I Would like to stay anonymous, so let’s just call me Ms. D) I annoyed rum for 2 days straight wanting her to write a blog about me, then I gave up and so now I’m just doing a guest blog . I hope your happy... bitch;) jokes I LOVE HER. So she agreed to let me do a guest blog, but then the responsibility to write something readable and not too embarrassing set in, and all the ideas I had for a topic flew out the window.

So I spent ages trying to think of a topic to write about, then I just gave up (again, wow I’m giving up a lot in this blog and its only like 100 words long) So I decided to do something I was already doing, facebook.

Good old facebook. So much wasted time, so many tests that go un- studied, all for the sake of aimlessly sitting on face book. So I asked myself the question, what do we do on facebook? There’s got to be more to it than just looking at peoples photos (more on that later) and liking silly, (but amazingly TRUE) facebook pages. For some people is there a fear of what they will miss if they’re not constantly clicking refresh and reading everyone’s status? Or do some people just have nothing else to do? Whether you’re waiting for you rush to come online, or that person who you need to abuse but not worth texting, you’ve got to agree face book is a bit of a waste of time.Facebook photos- not hair out of place, always looking like your having heaps of fun and your life is super cool. Sometimes you are having a super fun time and your life is super cool, but sometimes the photos we see are just a mere attempt to make our peers feel inadequate.

Oh and then there’s the bitchy photo comments, like “ew what the fuck is that, oh sorry it’s your face “, and things like “your such a slut” blah blah blah. Girls can be such bitches, when we want to be. But seriously guys, cyber bullying is a big problem and we should try to stop it. Unless they deserve it, then go right ahead ;)



So after just talking about facebook for a while, I must go, but comment any feedback you have about this.

Stripes in Fashion

So I have realised that this season everywhere I go people are wearing stripes. I bet in every clothing shop you would find at least one stripey thing. Don't get me wrong, I love stripes. I even have at least 5 pieces of clothing that are striped. Reading Challenge

Hello again readers. First day of winter, how exciting? Although my favourite season is autumn.

Today my friend Allegra and I have deicided to try and read at least 15 books by the end of this month. Which is pretty hard for us considering we don't do much of the reading... So this mean we have to finish a book every second day! My other friend Jelly read 16 books last month, can't be that hard...

Its the first day today and I nearly finshed reading this book called 'its yr Life' and yes it is spelt like 'yr' and yes it does mean 'your'. Its a good book and hilarious too at the start. I would definetly reccomend it. Heres the start of the blurb:
